An Elegant Villa and a Fabulous Community

The villa is a bit deceiving because it runs front to back instead of side to side.
From the front it appears to be a cute Florida home, but once you enter you are transported into another world, as the villa is large (3,000 square feet); four bedrooms (2 of them large suites that open into the pool area) plus an amazing home theater/den, huge great room with cathedral ceilings, fantastic dining room and an amazing custom kitchen... All of it is extremely luxurious.

Our Villa
You enter our
home through a small
lovely courtyard surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers. Large Palladian windows can just be discerned hiding behind
the lush vegetation that
also helps keep the home cool. The Aqua Marine tones and other Floridian colors both outside and in create a sense of peace
and requiescence.

Two Swimming Pools
Our personal heated pool and spa are wonderful and sources of great pleasure both during the heat of the day and late at night. The sound of the waterfalls lulls you into golden slumbers after a great meal on the lanai. For swimming long laps or mingling with the other community member there is also the huge clubhouse pool.

The Lanai & Gardens
The partially covered
Lanai is great for dinning
or just sitting and watching the amazing birds that
frolic in our amazing gardens just beyond the swimming pool. In the gardens you will find
prolific fruit trees, many flowers, and interesting vases and of course the obligatory palm trees.

Marvelous Neighborhood
The entrance to Crown Pointe is 3 miles from Fifth Avenue South in Naples, and 4 miles to the Gulf.
It is within walking/biking distance to a post office
and Kings Lake Plaza,
which has a Super Market, Starbucks, and several restaurants. Crown Pointe offers excellent jogging, walking, inline skating, and biking.

of grass out of place. Crown Pointe is conveniently located just minutes from the soft white sandy
beaches of the Gulf Coast.
