Things You Are Welcome To Use

Below is a sampling of the things we make available to you. There are a lot more but we didn't have pictures. Things like a baby bath, high chairs, play pen and baby sleeping crib, hair dryers, fishing rods and equipment and so much more I just can't remember. Ask us before you pack, because we probably have it since this is a REAL holiday HOME not an empty sterile rental place. There are also many amenities available to you. Sports
There are 2 sets of his, 2
sets of hers and a set of children tennis rackets available. As you can see they are brand new, and so are the of balls, there is a bag full of them. Also there is a set of his and a set of hers golf clubs, also brand new. You are welcome to use them at no charge. All we ask is that you clean them when done and take good care of them. The key to our private lighted tennis courts is in the kitchen. Proper attire and tennis shoes required at all times.

Recreation
The lighted (I know it's cheesy but it matches the pool lights) ice bucket is handy. There are a men's
21 speed townie (a special Florida bike very comfortable), a ladies 21 speed, townie, an
adjustable child/teen 21 speed little giant, and if
you have someone with
you who does not know
how to ride there is a single speed tricycle. Riding in Naples is wonderful; there are bike paths everywhere and no hills. All the bikes are new and each has a color coordinated helmet. There is a small additional charge for use of the bikes.

Machines and such.
The washer dryer room is
air-conditioned, and there
is also a wash sink. Notice there is an iron etc should you get a sudden urge to work... There is also a drycleaners within a short walk or bike ride... In
Naples you need very few clothes. There are portable coolers in the pantries for beach use and many other things are available... Look around... There is a bar
with all the tools to make those wonderful margaritas.

More things
There is a collection of DVDs and some games to play if you need something to do besides everything else there is to do. There
are beach toys for the little ones, volleyball for the teens, and a lot more. Look in all the closets. As you
can see we got it all brand new as part of our remodeling.

Beach Towels and Bags
There are plenty of colorful beach towels and even several beach bags to carry them in. Feel free to use them at any of the beaches or at either of the
swimming pools, just remember to bring them back. The beach is just less than 4 miles away. Go EARLY because the sun
gets very hot later on. USE SUNBLOCK! I know you want to go back with a wonderful Naples tan but please be careful our sun is very strong.

Communicate and eat
There are two new PCs with Microsoft Business Professional, and all other needed business and recreation software; each is connected to a large screen TV and to a SONOS 5.1 surround sound system with free Spotify music. There is also a collection of CDs. Both PCs are networked, with the homes printer/scanner/fax/copier
and there are wireless telephones all over the house. When you are hungry from all the work there is a new BBQ just outside.

Something to read
something to play.
There is a collection of books in the home theater and also in the great room. Some are new and some are very old. Feel free to enjoy them. Both PCs offer free unlimited reading material via countless window 8 apps. The PC In the Home Theater is also connected to both Xbox1, and a Wii video playing consoles and there is a large collection of games for kids of all ages.

we planted a wonderful
back garden.

The fruit trees are mature now and baring wonderful fruits. Feel free to pick.

And the fabulous Naples sunsets are free too.
