The Great Room

This is an extremely luxurious room. Our professional decorator incorporated nearly all of our desires into this great space. It is finished and accented with the very best money can buy and features a litany of the best and most respected designer names, such as Armani, Theodor Alexander, Maitland Smith, Christopher Guy, Marge Carson, Tommy Bahama, Ralph Loren, custom manufacturers such as Baker and Century, and accents and lighting by such names as Oggetti and Swarovski. The huge painting was commissioned by us from a well known local Naples artist (you can see more of his work in some 5th Avenue South galleries) and there are many estate quality antiques and works of art throughout.

A Very Large Room
The imported Italian floor laid on the diagonal is accented with designer furnishings and rugs. Everywhere the custom touches add to the feeling of luxury and warmth. Through the retractable glass doors
the beauty of the custom built heated No Chlorine Salt Water swimming pool & Spa lies under the fully enclosed lanai just beyond the covered outdoor seating area adorned with Robb & Stucky furniture.
This is true luxury.

Plant Shelves

It would not be a true
Florida home without plant shelves. Wonderful flower arrangements, vases, paintings and other tasteful decorations are everywhere not only in the great room but throughout the entire villa.

Even the ceiling fans are upscale, everywhere there
are focal points of interest
and custom touches.

Tasteful Décor
This huge room with
soaring ceilings nearly 20 feet high, features visually pleasing accents that add
to the feeling of comfort. From the custom candles and dishes that match the swimming pool & spa tile to the decorative vases, there are many interesting
features to this wonderful room that contribute to a feeling of serenity and joy. The very comfortable
leather couches were custom made for us by Century.

Comfort and Beauty
Looking out from the couch one can see the marvelous terracotta decorative tile on the floor of the spacious covered lanai and the pool
& spa with its wonderful
aqua colors and waterfalls. The outdoor eating area
can seat 6 to 10 and is fully covered featuring a wonderful quiet multi-speed lighted fan. The fully automated outer doors to that seating area can actually be dropped to
create an additional room should it ever rain for more
than a few brief moments. There is a wonderful chef's table with seating for 2-3 that is a marvelous place to have a snack or catch up on your e-mail. the beautifully framed 4K 3D Ultra HD Smart TV is viewable from anywhere in the great room so you don't have to miss any of the footsie.
